How to Register for Nationals

Early registration is open Feb 1 through March 31st. Late registration begins April 1st.

NASTAR racers who qualify for the National Championships will be notified after registration opens on February 1, or once they've met the qualification criteria.

An Outside+ subscription is required to register but only one subscription per household--If you have children who are racing this season, you have the ability to sync their personal NASTAR account to a parent's Outside+ subscription.

How to Join Outside+ and Sync Your Subscription

To join Outside+ click here. Or log in if you already have an Outside+ subscription.

Once you've joined Outside+, you'll need to sync your subscription to your NASTAR account. Go to NASTAR.com and log in with your registration number and password. Sync your NASTAR account to your Outside+ subscription by going the the Results or Rankings tab within your account. At the bottom of the page, Click the link to; Sync Your NASTAR Account. You will be asked to authorize the connection.

Note: if you have not created a password for your NASTAR account you will need to create a password.

How to Register for Nationals

To register for nationals, click on the CHAMPIONSHIPS tab within your account. Click on the National Championships banner that says, YOU'VE QUALIFIED! and follow the steps. 

To register a child or spouse, login under their NASTAR account, click on the CHAMPIONSHIPS tab within their account and click the link at the bottom of their page to; Sync their NASTAR account to use your Outside+ subscription.

All qualifiers must register online.

How to Find your NASTAR Account

If you have trouble finding your NASTAR account, go to nastar.com. Click on the Results tab and select the Search Racer field to find your race account.

If you have logged in on your computer in the past you may login automatically. If not, enter your registration number and password at the top left of the page under Login to NASTAR Racing. You will know when you are logged in because your first name will appear next to Welcome at the top of the page. Once you're logged in, you will see ** next to your name when you search for your name on the site.

If you have not logged in and created a password for your account, follow these steps.

Registration Deadlines and Entry Fees

The deadline for early registration is MARCH 31 at 12:00 AM MST. Late registration opens APRIL 1; the price goes up to $230 for adults and $200 for juniors. Late registration closes April 6th at 6pm MST. Space is limited to the first 1000 competitors who register. When registering online, an email confirmation will be sent immediately.

See who has registered to race

In addition to the national championship races, a NASTAR slalom race will kick off the week of competition, April 3rd. This fun warm-up race will use stubby gates so no special gate protection is needed. You can enter this additional race when you enter the main national championships event.
