Pacesetting Trial at BUCK Hill, MN

BUCK HILL NASTAR Regional Pacesetting Trial

Thursday, December 16 – The Ski Challenge will host a Midwest Regional Pacesetting Trial with Daron Rahlves at Buck Hill.

Each NASTAR resort is required to send, at minimum, two (2) pacesetters and not more than (5) pacesetters to earn certified pacesetting handicaps at any regional pacesetting trial.

The Entry Fee is free for approved pacesetters but all participants will need to purchase a lift ticket. The Late Night Ticket is $20.00 online or $25 if purchased in the Ticket Office.

 

To enter: Go to NASTAR.com and Log In to your NASTAR record. How to Log In

Then, click on the REGISTER tab. At the bottom of the page you will see a list of resorts that are hosting Pacesetting Trials. Enter the race at Buck Hill.

Thursday, December 16

6:30pm - 7:00pm – Pick up bib numbers - Hillside Room (under Buck '54 Bar)

Course Inspection.

7:00pm - 8:30pm – Unlimited race runs.

  • Pacesetters will earn Certified NASTAR Pacesetting Handicaps and will be added to the Pacesetter Database.

  • Pacesetters can also take race runs wearing a coat or their uniform to earn a Coat Handicap (tell the starter your bib number and designate the race run as, Coat)

  • Pacesetter handicaps can be seen under the Personal tab within their record.
