Did they turn you to the dark side to join the Blizzard force?

I'm going to buy the Blizzard WC GS ski. Possibly even the exact ski I used last weekend.

Theres no reason to shut him up about it. Hell I'll go to the top of Hidden Peak and shout how awesome that ski is.
Come to Alpine Valley next year and find out
Maybe we'll do a Nastar Slalom while you're there.

C'mon, you know I'm not going to run Slalom, but in case you didn't catch earlier posts, Jamie set me up with at pair of Blizzard GSR's earlier (early for me) this season. Since getting them, I have been down the mountain: 1st fastest twice (one not Nastar...closed race), 2nd twice, and 3rd twice (both times there was at least one guy that beat me was in a suit...I was not).
I REALLY look forward to running gates with you guys. I KNOW I won't beat you, I just want to see how close this under-10-times-a-year racer does against you live-on-the-slopers.

For what its worth the first day I was beat this year using my Rossignols in Nastar was last weekend.
As far as how you would do, who knows? Come over one day. Maybe we'll have a Alpine Valley Nastar thingy next year for forum members.

I guess I would have to see how far that is for me. I know Marquette is quite a hike. Maybe we could get a carload of you guys to come down here once.

If Wisp runs on Squirrel Cage, it would be like going to Nationals...yup that steep. But they might be running on a more "user friendly" slope next year. But 79bombi has told me that if we put something together, like a forum meeting, and everyone wants something tougher than the new slope (IF they move it), then they could probably set up on Squirrel Cage for the day. I hope to get my brother to edit the video we have of us at our Forum Meeting and post the link. Of course, the video does not do the steepness of the hill justice. Anyway, next year we'll plan...

If you hold it, and give enough advance warning, I'll defintely come (and probably be able to drag IN.racer with me).

Oh we WILL plan it. And we would love to have you guys out. I will have to talk to 79bombi about making this more than just a Nastar run. Hopefully, we can do the cook out thing, too. We'll have to see. Again, I don't work at any of the resorts, so planning is all I can do.
Jason, way to lull me into a false sense of security!

I have come to believe you must do everything humanly possible to make it to MI next year. Hell come this weekend and we'll go up to Marquette!

Can't. Skis are in the shop getting summerized. I'm done for the season and look forward to skiing you next year.
Hey, isn't this thread about selling your stuff?

He's fast on Rossi's (and probably any other ski), slightly faster on Blizzards. There.
You better hurry up and buy them before he takes them to the shop to get summerized (whatever that is....)
